American Heritage Charter School's chief governing document, our current Charter, was approved by the Idaho Public Charter School Commission on August 7, 2012 and amended on April 11, 2019.

In addition, the Idaho Public Charter Commission, the authorizer of American Heritage Charter, issues a Performance Certificate by which our efforts and achievement are measured. The Performance Certificate doesn't replace the Charter, but is the document to which we are held accountable for continued operation.
